Ten Four played a key role in shaping ‘Encore’, Brown Thomas & Arnott’s new combined loyalty programme. We did this by working with the teams at Brown Thomas and Arnotts to define Encore’s unique brand identity, craft the programme's visual language and ensure that every element of the new loyalty programme being rolled out reflected the essence of luxury and excitement at the heart of the two brands, inclusive of producing the shoot to launch the overall rebrand campaign.
